I have to say, my experience with Jimmy D And Aree Ragsdale was not what I expected. The website hatguy.com was easy to use and had a good variety of hats. However, the customer service was lacking. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, I felt like I was being brushed off. I expected better from a company with such positive reviews.
