About 6 months ago, my girlfriend and I began the very overwhelming process of engagement ring shopping. After visiting few different shops around the city, we thankfully stopped into Henne Jewelers on a Saturday morning. The store has a small, local feel to it; coupled with a very inviting and knowledgeable staff. Jami LaAlbo helped my girlfriend thru the different types of sizes, cuts and charities (among other things, i'm sure) and found EXACTLY what she wanted, within our budget. I then went back a few weeks later and picked up the ring (It really was that easy). Jami and the rest of the staff made the process seamless and very transparent. I was never pressured into making a purchase. More importantly, I never felt like I was being "sold" anything. This process was supposed to be stress-free and enjoyable - Jami ensured it was that way. Of course, my girlfriend is now my fiancee and we have a date set late next year. I cannot recommend Henne enough.
