Rate One Mortgage provided an average experience overall. The staff was decent, and the rate they offered was competitive. However, I found their customer service to be lacking in some areas. They were not as responsive as I would have liked and there were a few miscommunications along the way. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
