I recently worked with a financial firm and although I had a good experience, I felt that there was room for improvement. The website was informative and easy to navigate, but I found the overall service to be lacking. The team was helpful, but the lack of personalization made me feel like just another customer. I would recommend Pacific Growth Equities, but with some reservations.
