I had a mixed experience with Parlam. On one hand, the website is well-designed and the product selection is impressive. However, the customer service was lacking. The representatives seemed disinterested and were not very helpful when I had questions. Overall, I would consider shopping with them again but hope to see improvements in their customer service department.
