I have been attending yoga classes for a while now and I must say that Goodyoganyc has become one of my favorite studios to practice. The instructors are skilled and passionate, always guiding us through challenging yet rewarding sequences. The studio itself has a calming ambiance, providing the perfect atmosphere for a mindful practice. Highly recommend!
