I recently had a not-so-great experience with Punnet INC. The website is user-friendly, but their customer support was unhelpful in resolving my issue. It took multiple attempts to get a satisfactory solution. I hope they improve their customer service in the future. Overall, my experience with Punnet INC was below my expectations.
