I have been a customer of a bulk soil service for a while now, and recently tried Dean's bulk service for the first time. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The soil I received was of great quality and delivered promptly. The customer service was also top-notch. I will definitely be using Dean's bulk service again in the future.
