I have been a customer of ITK Tabarz for many years and I must say that their service is average. While they have a good range of products, I have found their customer support to be lacking at times. The staff can be unresponsive and it often takes a while to get my issues resolved. However, when everything is working smoothly, their products are reliable and perform well.
