I have been a loyal customer of Need for Speed for many years and I must say, their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the customer support is responsive. However, I have encountered a few technical issues with the game that were never fully resolved. Overall, Need for Speed is an okay company but there is definitely room for improvement.
