I had a mixed experience with Trust Benefit Technologies. While their website design and user interface are great, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took several days to receive a response to my inquiry, and even then, the answers provided were not very helpful. Additionally, I had some difficulties navigating through certain features of their platform. Overall, I would rate them as average.
