I must say, my experience with Advanced Decision Systems was average. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the overall service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. The company could definitely improve in terms of communication and customer support. However, the product itself was decent and met my requirements. I appreciate their efforts, but there is definitely room for improvement.
