Recently, I published my research paper with Ibima Publishing USA, and I found their services to be quite average. The quality of the publication was satisfactory, but I encountered some delays in the editing and proofreading process. The customer support team was helpful in resolving the issues, but there was room for improvement in terms of overall efficiency. While my experience was not exceptional, it was acceptable for the most part.
