Awful! Unprofessional staff, rude, lack of compass...

Awful! Unprofessional staff, rude, lack of compassion, and just a general dereliction of duty. Whether in person or over the phone there seems to be no accountsbility. Many times I have witnessed the patients unattended in the lunchroom. The odors in this place shows that improper changing and timely changing of patients is no a priority. The food is prepared on the basement level by the time it reaches the third floor its cold. Activities and field trips are limited.
When you have an issue they band together for a cover up. This is a hell
hole.
