Booked on points. Arrive after being on the road since 6am to attitude from check in. Given room next to laundry room, constant banging on the wall. Go back down to ask if the banging is going to last long, rudely told, "oh, they should be done by midnight". Respond that thats unacceptable as weve been on the road all day, told no other rooms available, amd did i want some earplugs. Even worse attitude from same employee in the morning; first ignoring me to chat with another guest, then physically blocking another employee from the computer as they attempted to help me.

Side note: suspicious hole in wall at foot of bed, and multiple small holes in wall in bathroom near shower, in wall shared with laundry room.

To Hyatt's credit, they refunded my points after this all around bad experience. Will not be returning to either nevada Place again though, as they seem to have a poor attitude toward points redemption, despite the number of stays with the chain it took to rack up enough points...
