I have been a customer of Mining Insurance Group for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While I have not encountered any major issues, I also haven't been particularly impressed. The website is easy to navigate and the process of purchasing insurance is straightforward. However, I feel that their customer support could be more responsive and proactive in addressing customer concerns. Overall, I would rate them as average.
