I recently hired a mechanical company for some repairs and decided to go with Guaranteed Mechanical Inc. Their website, guaranteedm.com, looked professional and promising. However, my overall experience with the company was average. The technician arrived on time and was polite, but I felt like the service was rushed and lacked attention to detail. The repair itself was adequate, but there were a few minor issues that were not fully addressed. Communication with the company was satisfactory, although I would have appreciated more proactive updates regarding the progress of the repair. The pricing was fair, but not exceptional. While I cannot say I had a bad experience, I also cannot say that Guaranteed Mechanical Inc. went above and beyond to impress me.
