Auto express nor y caribe is an average company. The service they provide is acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response or have an issue resolved. Overall, my experience with Auto express nor y caribe has been alright, but I wouldn't consider it exceptional.
