I recently used this company's website to find a caregiver for my elderly parent. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of services offered. However, I found the process of finding a suitable caregiver to be somewhat challenging. The profiles of available caregivers were limited, and it was difficult to find someone who met all of our specific requirements. Additionally, the communication between the company and us could have been more prompt and proactive. While the company did eventually find a caregiver for us, the overall experience left something to be desired. I would recommend this company with reservations, as there are areas where improvements could definitely be made to enhance the customer experience.
