I recently purchased some lumber from this company's website. The selection of products was decent, and the prices were competitive. However, the delivery time was longer than expected, and the customer service response was a bit slow when I reached out to inquire about the delay. Although the quality of the lumber was satisfactory, the overall experience was just average. I think there is room for improvement in terms of communication and fulfillment. If the company can work on addressing these issues, it could enhance the overall customer experience.
