My experience with Sure Grip Controls was average at best. The website is easy to navigate, and I found the product I was looking for without any trouble. However, the customer service was not up to par. They took longer than expected to respond to my inquiries, and the quality of their answers could have been better. Despite this, the product I purchased was of decent quality and met my needs. I might consider using suregripcontrols.com again, but I hope they improve their customer service.
