I recently used this company for some home renovation projects. The website was user-friendly and made it easy to request a quote. However, I found the communication and follow-up to be lacking. 🤔 It took longer than expected to receive a response, and there were some delays in scheduling the work. The quality of the work was decent, but I wasn't overly impressed. On the positive side, the contractors were friendly and professional. Overall, it was an average experience. If they could improve their communication and follow-through, it would enhance the customer experience. 😕
