I recently used the services of Flat World Supply Chain and found them to be fairly average. While their website is user-friendly and their range of services is extensive, their customer service left something to be desired. I had some issues with communication and responsiveness, which impacted my overall experience. On the positive side, their prices were competitive and delivery was on time. However, I was hoping for a more personalized and attentive approach. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in their customer engagement and support processes.
