I've been using a CRM system for a while now and recently switched to Pipedrive. It's been a great decision! The platform is simple, yet powerful, and helps me keep track of all my sales activities. I especially love the email integration feature, which saves me a lot of time. The support team has been very helpful as well. Highly recommended!
