I recently had the opportunity to work with Empire Hydraulics and Machine LLC, and overall, I would rate my experience as average. 🔧🏭 Though their website was user-friendly and informative, I found their customer service to be lacking. Response times were slow, and it took longer than expected to get the assistance I needed. 😕 However, once they did respond, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful in resolving my issue. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but not exceptional. 💼💧 I found the prices to be reasonable, but not the best in the market. Overall, my impression of Empire Hydraulics and Machine LLC was that they are a decent company, but not outstanding. While they might not be my top choice for future hydraulic and machine needs, I wouldn't completely rule them out either. 🤷‍♂️
