LKNCDJR, once again, was horrible. After trying to work with them in the past I thought maybe just maybe they turned a corner or I at least found competent people to work with. Those people do not work there any longer and I was left to work with people who just don't care about anything pertaining to the customer. I was there for almost 3 hours for a state inspection and a quick check of brakes. I had an 8am appointment so it's not like I dropped in on a busy weekend afternoon. The answer they gave on the brakes was unsatisfactory in description and they had already put them back together. After nearly 3 hours of waiting I asked how much longer and was told "Your vehicle is being inspected now". Well of course it is because that is what I brought it in for. I asked again and she told me 10 mins. Vehicle was just sitting outside with the engine running so I had to go tell someone that it appeared to be finished (it was). Vehicle was having zero electrical/battery problems prior to taking it in - I go get gas 1/4 mi down the road after the "service" and the engine won't start or even crank. I've had electrical problems ever since. I noticed when I got my vehicle back the clock had been reset which didn't make since with what I took it in for. I was told I would have to pay for a tow back to the dealership if I wanted to have them look at it. I called them 5 times in one hour because nobody (Mandy, Jay) was calling me back after I was told by the front desk that they would. Had to figure it out on my own. I have been asking for my records for over three weeks now and they still have not sent them. Apparently all you need to have to work at this dealership is a pulse and not a strong one at that. This place is horrible from the top to the bottom. They have shown that to me time and time and time again.
