Nice enough staff to talk to..... but what an inef...

Nice enough staff to talk to..... but what an inefficient organisation. You will give them half a forrest full of documentation before they'll even tell you if you have the serviceability to service the loan you are applying for. The whole process was like getting blood out of stone and it seams they didn't actually know the documentation needed. Others may have better experiences.... this was mine ..... no way would I go here again.
