I had an overall average experience with Adequabio. The website was easy to navigate and I found the information I needed. However, the customer service could have been better. The response time was slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to my issue. The product I purchased was satisfactory, but not exceptional. I would consider using Adequabio again in the future, but I hope they improve their customer service.
