If I could rate a half star I would. I went to the ER after a fall to get checked for fractures. I was triaged by Wanda Campbell and thoroughly pleased but everything went downhill from there. I was taken to a room where I waited two hours for an x-ray tech to come get me. She was very nice and efficient. I was returned to my room where I waited another 2 1/2 hours and saw no one until the Dr entered a room of a patient that had just been taken in. At this point I calmly (was fuming inside) walked past all the nurses at the nurse's station and proceeded out the door. No one asked or stopped me to inquire as none of them had stepped foot in my room in the 4 1/2 hours I was there so they didn't know I was a patient. Approximately an hour later I received a call at home alerting me I could call back for results. Never even knew the doctor's name until I picked up report from medical records the next day. It will be a long time before I return to this hospital again and that will only be if I'm incapable of taking myself somewhere else. Worst experience to receive from a hospital that claims they care and care time is low
