I have mixed feelings about Public games. On one hand, their website publicgames.com offers a good selection of games at reasonable prices. On the other hand, their customer service needs improvement. It took quite some time to get a response to my queries, and when I did, the answers provided were not very helpful. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement.
