As a Director of Customer Service at our local Medical Center, I know the value of truth and transparent communication in any and every interaction. This company misleads the consumer into assuring coverage is cancellations happen. That is not the case at all. The claims process was laborious and not consumer friendly. Business without ethical practices are run amuck and this is one of them. Stay away.
