The owner Mark Carlin has yet to fully address my remarks and concerns regarding our insurance coverage, and he very specifically noted in a direct email to myself just today that do to my inability to attend a meeting with his agency due to an emergency I had none the less, that my email communications, and very well noted concerns to him specifically as a follow up to our meeting needing to be cancelled, were not addressed, as apparently if you have an emergency then you are simply out of luck with his agency. In addition, he failed to apologize for not addressing my very long list of concerns that he had let my email communications to himself set in limbo without response for several weeks. Therefore what this tells me as a client is that he has ZERO respect for his clients, and their legitimate concerns, and questions regarding coverage. So if you are prepared to pay thousands of dollars in premiums, and ever have legitimate concerns regarding coverages, and take an extensive amount of time to send email communications about those legitimate concerns, and ever disagree with him regarding coverage, he will simply dismiss you, blame you the client for your failure to show up to CPC meetings scheduled, irregardless of any emergency, then basically notate it s your ineptness and fault for their literally ignoring you.

Now if this is the type of company that you want to do business with than absolutely contact CPC. Mark Carlin is amazing at dismissal and rudeness. I have other policies with CPC but it seems that customers are not important to him. Incredibly disrespectful and disappointing to say the very least.
