Went for my engagement and the experience was amazing. The room was upgraded and had the wow factor. The service was sterling as nothing was too much for the staff. Had dinner and felt very welcomed. Waiter Selvin Diaz was impeccable and attended to our every needs. We had a few issues however the reception manager went out of his way to rectify them. Giuseppe in reservations was a star and made the process smooth, being very helpful. Had afternoon tea the next day and manager at front of foyer was very kind and caring. Well done Claridges; will return for sure
