We brought tickets for VIP seating at the upcoming Food and Wine Festival for the Grand Combo band scheduled for April 25, 2020. Of course due to the closure due to the virus, I called in March to talk to a them about canceling my tickets. At that time, I was told to wait until April to see if the Park would open and continue the events. Well today I called and was told that these tickets are unrefundable. They would hold this until next year for the event. Really! Is there a guarantee that the same band would be there? They said probably not!

How dare them! This is a difficult time to all of us and they are taking advantage! I would understand if it was a park entrance ticket, but this is not. No understanding or let's see what we can do, simply No!

I would not recommend anyone going to these events.
