The food was its usual standard at the wedding of my daughter , its just that I only was ever offered out of all the dishes, 5 and never saw a desert of which others at the reception said the same, never saw the sweets.
Pity that I only ever saw 2 waitresses and they were very helpful , but couldn't give me an answer about the missing deserts. There were other issues about the left over food as the 2 cooler boxes with ice blocks I supplied were used to put beer in and I had to wait till the next morning to be able to unload the beer and had to have help to pour out the water. This was very frustrating and it amazed me after looking in the kitchen near the end of the evening there was so little left over food given to us , only 2 of the main dishes, salad and some potatoes , not to mention that the top of the wedding cake was left out of the fridge over night when there was plenty of room to put it in the fridge.
We have used Blake's before this function but I would hesitate using them again, pity as the food is excellent.
