I had an average experience with Thirdwave overseas education. While the services provided were satisfactory, I expected a bit more personalized attention and guidance. The staff was friendly, but at times I felt they lacked in-depth knowledge about certain study programs. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there is room for improvement.
