My experience with Dr. Karla Jean was not satisfactory. The staff was pleasant, but the doctor seemed disinterested and lacked empathy. She barely spent a few minutes with me and didn't ask detailed questions about my symptoms. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I won't be returning to this practice.
