I've used Souza Colombia for my business needs and I have to say their service is average. While the quality of their products is good, there have been instances where my orders were delayed or arrived damaged. The customer support team was helpful in resolving these issues, but it was still inconvenient. I believe they have room for improvement in terms of service.
