Being a member of an organization like NOIAW has been an eye-opening experience for me. The support and opportunities that the organization provides for Italian American women are truly invaluable. From educational programs to networking events, NOIAW offers a wide range of resources to help its members thrive. The best part is that you don't need to be Italian American to join! I have found the members and staff to be incredibly welcoming and friendly, and I have made many meaningful connections through my involvement with NOIAW. I can confidently say that joining NOIAW is one of the best decisions I have ever made.
