The services provided by Umg are average. I expected more from them based on their reputation but unfortunately, they fell short. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer service is lacking. I had a few inquiries and it took them quite some time to respond. Overall, I wouldn't say it's a bad experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
