I have been using Secure Independence Home Care for my elderly mother for the past year and I must say that they are just average. The caregivers are generally reliable and polite, but there have been a few instances where they have been late or missed a visit altogether. The management team is responsive and tries to address any concerns quickly, which is a plus. Overall, it's been an average experience with Secure Independence Home Care.
