I have been a customer of Pruvia gmbh for the past year and I must say that their service has been average. Nothing too extraordinary, but also nothing too disappointing. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I would appreciate it if they could provide more detailed product descriptions. Overall, it's a decent company to do business with.
