Terrible on-sight customer service. We were standing next to a kiosk (not eating off of it) and Jay (rep) comes over and tells us to stop eating off the kiosk and proceeds to make racial slurs joking with his co-workers. Yelling out ching, chong, etc... and laughing out loud... Really?!? No need need to get racial... EVER. Then in a patronizing tone, tells us to watch out for the loose tiles and not to trip. Is this really what Philadelphia stands for?
