I had a mixed experience with RapidScale Clusters. The customer service team was very responsive and helpful, addressing any issues or concerns quickly. However, I found the performance of their Linux web clusters to be inconsistent. Sometimes they were fast and efficient, while other times there were noticeable lags. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
