It s extremely hard to communicate with them. I called them twice and received a message asking if I have enquiries. I replied and gave them my availability for them to ring. No ring, but also messages. So we spent over a week texting, while a 20mins call would do. Even though they replied messages every second day. The time of their reply can be midnight. When we finally reached a point we could arrange a payment, they eventually called. They just asked straight away if they can process the payment, ignoring my questions eg. what time of the day we usually go into the water so I can see if it s possible I can juggle it with work on a weekday. In my message I also indicated I d be free after 4.30pm. But they just called, without checking time. To me, they don t care about their customers at all, seems they re the only people who re busy in this world. There s no chance they re gonna call you unless to take money out from you. Not recommended only if they can improve their customer services and start caring about their customers.
