Not helpful at all. Its been 4 weeks since I filed...

Not helpful at all. Its been 4 weeks since I filed for unemployment and have not received anything yet, while some people I know, who filed after me, got their benefits 2 weeks later. Impossible to get someone on the phone or get an email to communicate with a person. Instead, they have this ridiculous phone system that puts you on hold forever. Have they not read all the reviews regarding this issue? Please do something about this. We are on a national emergency right now!
