I recently had an experience with a government office in which the service provided was subpar, to say the least. However, I am pleased to say that my experience with the Office of Rep. James P. McGovern was quite the opposite. The staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me with my inquiry. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and willingness to listen. They treated me with respect and made me feel like my concerns were important. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of assistance.
