If you are a minority, Lifecore Biomedical at Chaska Minnesota should not a good place to welcome you.
It was a mess day & raining that I was a well prepared and drove 15 miles to have an interview with Tom and Cristina. When I met with a Tom, he told me that Cristina would come to me shortly.

Surprisingly, he came back to me within two minutes and said, Cristina left her office without a notice
The company can have an interview with you and can hire the most qualified individual, but I don t get the company can make a decision without even have an interview with you.
They were the most disrespectful and unprofessional individuals. Hiring and decisions are very straight clear. They hire only whom they are and don t waste your time if you are a minority individual. I wish they should be a professional and open minded people.
