I have had mixed experiences with Gateway Express Travel Services. While their website is user-friendly and offers competitive prices, their customer service can be inconsistent. There have been instances where I had to follow up multiple times for a response to my queries. However, when they do respond, they are helpful and accommodating. Overall, I would rate them as an average travel agency.
