Escorted a house inspector into my home , tested equipment and never ensured that the equipment was reset to their original settings.
Since the home is not occupied, this resulted in high utility usage and damage to a major appliance.
The realtor's agent and inspector were irresponsible and unprofessional and refused to pay for the damages to the appliance.
